As an AI Output Verifier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of AI-generated content and decisions. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing, validating, and providing critical feedback on outputs from various AI models.

Responsibilities

• Systematically review and validate AI model outputs (e.g., text, images, data, code) against defined quality standards and ground truth.
• Identify, document, and categorize discrepancies, inaccuracies, biases, or inconsistencies in AI-generated results.
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to AI development and engineering teams to aid in model improvement and refinement.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of verification methodologies, guidelines, and evaluation metrics.
• Participate in the testing and evaluation of new AI features, models, and systems.
• Maintain detailed records of verification processes and findings.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, data validation, content moderation, or a similar detail-oriented role.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong ability to articulate complex issues and provide constructive feedback clearly and effectively.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and their applications.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with large datasets and annotation platforms.
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles and bias detection.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for data manipulation or analysis is a plus.
